All 8 units have the same floorplan and amenities. Each one has a delightful back patio on Fall River, a front balcony also on the river and all have access to a common sitting area w/BBQ and chairs, and a hammock! Unit 1 and 2 are pet friendly. Unit 5 has the best view from the big bedroom and unit 8 is the premium end unit right on the “riverpointe”. Book individually or in multiples for large groups.

“What a such a special spot! A few girlfriends and I spent the weekend in this cozy rental. It’s walking distance to downtown, all the shops, and great food options. There was plenty of room for us to be comfortable and spend quality time together. The decks look over the river and if lucky, you may see some deer grazing on the grass right outside the door. We love this space and can’t wait to go back soon, any season!”

“Absolute perfection! Decorated perfectly, comfortable, beautiful views, and literally steps from town. We could enjoy the river from BOTH balconies. There’s ample storage space including a kitchen pantry for a potential extended stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure is great! This place is stunning with so many options given there are 8 units with two bedrooms each. We will be back with a multi-family group time and time again.”

The property was super clean, the location was perfect (just a few minutes walk and you’re right in the thick of all the shops and restaurants), and the drive into Rocky Mountain National Park was so easy. Both my friend and I commented that the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, which was especially appreciated after long days of hiking and early mornings for sunrises! This being our first visit to Estes Park we didn’t realize how convenient it was going to be to right in town (especially during a busy fall weekend), so we really appreciated the location. “Great place with a beautiful view. Honestly the view of the river behind and in front of condo was better than we expected. Place was perfectly clean and exactly like we expected, but better! We could walk downtown easily and did so daily. Only downside is no AC(which is included on the airbnb page info), but they did include a small cooling fan and every bedroom had a ceiling fan (could have cracked a window but worried it would get too chilly for my baby).
Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“We had an amazing stay at Karine’s! Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The condo was immaculate and the river right behind the property was one of our favorite things. We enjoyed leaving our window open at night and listening to the water. Every morning we enjoyed the paved walking path that runs next to the condo as well. The condo is also in a great location. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We also cooked some meals there and the kitchen is stocked very well with everything you could need including a crock pot! We also appreciated the high chair and pack n play for our little man.”
